To ensure optimal service and availability, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. No-show appointments (not canceling and not showing up) will be charged 100% of the service price. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate you. Please understand that we may need to shorten your appointment or reschedule if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to our cancellation and late arrival policy.
